Q - How do I view the videos?
A - Click the links listed on the left side panel and the video will load in the middle frame.

Q - OK, the video is loaded but it's not doing anything.
A - Click the orange arrow located at the bottom left.

You might have to click it once to set it up and again to start the video. The software will detect your connection speed automatically and start the video.

Q - How do I stop the video?
A - Click the orange square located to the right of the orange arrow to stop the video.

Q - How do I turn the volume on and off?
A - Click the orange speaker located to the right of the control box.

Q - How do I change videos?
A - Click any link on the left side panel to switch videos.

Q - The video starts to load and quits when it's buffering. What causes that?
A - You might need to update your Java. You can check your version by going to: Start>Settings>Java>
