Citizen Eco Drive - I take it off a few times per year, when traveling and changing time zones or for daylight saving time. Otherwise I always have it on. I can't see digging around in my pocket to check the time. I was brought up on Lombardi time, unless you're 10 minutes early, you're late.

It's an old man thing nowadays I'm told. I wear mine 24/7/365 except when I shower. I always buy seiko watches and have for 25 yrs. I've tried to buy watches for my son but he refuses to wear one. I've got a few and I like to rotate them.

As others have said, we are surrounded by clocks. I wear a Fitbit Charge 2. It has a clock in it, but I mainly wear it to monitor progress toward my daily activity goal.
